This seminar provides an overview of the 2021 Significant Changes to the International Residential Code, including an in-depth examination of each code change.

By the end of the course, you should be able to do the following:

• Describe the differences that appear between the 2018 and 2021 International Residential Code manuals.
  
• Explore new code concepts and the development and background of the code.
  
• Examine the application and impacts of these revisions to occupants in residential buildings.
  
• Discuss the enforcement issues of the revisions and the impact to building occupants.
